One of my favorite new podcasts is by former football player Arian Foster, best known as a running back for the Houston Texans. Arian was inspired to start his own podcast after appearing on Joe Rogans podcast.

The first podcast features Bernadette Sizemore, who is Arian’s mother who talks about growing up in New Mexico and what is going on today.
